With a distinguished career spanning over three decades in the fashion and beauty industries, Lisa has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of top hairstylists, stylists, and makeup artists.
Lisa began her career in 1985 working side by side with the legendary fashion photographer Hiro and managing his New York City studio, where she coordinated now iconic advertising campaigns, casted talent, and booked elite hair and makeup artists for clients such as Vogue, Italian Vogue, Tiffany & Co., and Halston. Collaborations during this time included luminaries like Polly Allen Mellen, Richard Avedon, and Irving Penn.
She went on to lead the artist division at Next Model Management. With clientele in New York and Miami, Lisa built a reputation for identifying and nurturing the careers of both emerging and established beauty professionals, solidifying Next’s reputation as an industry powerhouse.
In 1997, Lisa launched Link Management Corp, a New York-based agency representing hairstylists, makeup artists, and stylists. She oversees all aspects of talent management for clients including Macy’s, Lord & Taylor, Target, and Bloomingdale’s, and numerous leading fashion publications. Her expertise spans from portfolio development and negotiations to billing and financial management.
